- Parents or students can contact us or drop their queries and our team connects with them in no time.
- We discuss the performance history, child’s needs and future academic goals to understand the child.
- Diagnostic testing is done and then our expert advisors take careful steps to match a tutor to your child’s personality and the difficulties they are experiencing.
- Accordingly, we create a fully personalized tutoring plan for the concerned student.
- Thereafter, the parents are required to fulfil the requisite formalities to get registered and pay the requisite fee to avail the personalized tutorship plan so constructed for their child.
Don’t worry if your child has missed any class
- If, due to any reason, the student is unable to attend any class or classes then there is absolutely no scope to panic.
- We provide make-up classes for the ones that were missed by the student. For this, the parents are required to email us. They can also leave a message by phone at 508-682-1020 at least 48 hours in advance.
- Remember, notifying us is important in case the student has missed his/her class/classes and wishes to avail the make-up classes. Without notifying us, we will be unable to arrange make-up classes for the student.

We have a structure of hourly fee rates which is simpler to calculate. We gradually calculate the payment in terms of hours and prepare a biweekly or monthly fee payment plan. Parents can choose either of the two plans as per their convenience.
Payment of fee can be made via Zello or Venmo or via Check payable to “Arya Math Academy In-Home Tutoring” as both are safe and secure means of money transfer.
We justify what we charge
- Arya Math Academy charges its fee at competitive rates. Our fee structure is affordable and economical and is justified by the expertise of our tutors and their innovative efforts.
- Parents and students have an unregretful experience registering with us since our tutors endeavour to stir the best for our students.
Monthly payment plan induces both, our parents and our tutors
- Paying for the entire month upfront invokes commitment and motivation from both ends.
- Paying for a month of sessions up front not only requires you to make a definite commitment, but it also reverses the monetary incentive, thereby, making it more profitable for you to take action. Hence your commitment doesn’t have to ride on willpower alone.
- Paying hourly for each session not only diverts part of the tutor’s attention away from the task at hand, but it also makes it more difficult and stressful for the tutor to reschedule or postpone appointments.
- If the tutor doesn’t have to think about the ‘if and when’ of the payment, then the tutor can easily adapt the tutoring schedule as circumstances require and also focus on providing the best service possible without worries or distractions.
